Marie Ruzek, CIP, C.A.I.B.
Marie is a long time resident of the Crowsnest Pass,
having done most of her schooling in the area. She is a
graduate of the Lethbridge Community College with a
diploma in the Legal Secretary program. Marie then
worked in the mining industry in the office for 10 years
,and was then given an opportunity to get in the
insurance business working with Crowsnest Agencies 18
years ago.
Marie has since obtained the Canadian Accredited
Insurance Broker designation from the Independent
Insurance Broker Association of Alberta. In 2005 she
graduated from the Insurance Institute of Canada with
the Chartered Insurance Professional designation.
Marie is quite involved in the needs of the clients,
with her experience and knowledge in personal ,
commercial and farm insurance.

Joanne Liddell
Joanne has been with Crowsnest Insurance
Agencies Ltd since 1997 working as a customer
service representative, and now as a licensed
broker. Having worked for Coleman Collieries
Ltd, as Receptionist, for 6 years and Secretary
for Royal LePage Real Estate for 20 years, she
has extensive experience in dealing with the
public and office procedures.
Joanne and her husband of 34 years were both
raised in the Crowsnest Pass and have knowledge
of the area and its people. They have two grown
children and two beautiful grandchildren.
Joanne enjoys dealing with the public and works
together with the brokers to meet the clients'
insurance needs.

Arlene
Tucker
Arlene joined
Crowsnest Insurance Agencies Ltd. in the fall of
2007 as a customer service representative. She
has several years experience as a business owner
in the jewellery and food industry.
She brings
with her several years experience in dealing
with the public, and can handle all the client
personal insurance needs.
